Renovation of a mixed-use development in Devon, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility; and office development.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Replace (36) low-voltage transformers located throughout the facility as follows: .1 Analytical & Grey Lab Rooms A302, G101, G106, G222 Qty (7) Transformers .2 Pilot Plant Rooms P101, P205, P206 Qty (11) Transformers .3 High Head Lab Room H101, H200 Corridor Qty (13) Transformers .4 Parking Lot SW, SE, NE Areas Qty (3) Transformers .5 Flammable Storage Outside Qty (1) Transformer .6 Bitumen Storage J100 Building Qty (1) Transformer .2 Replace the transformers in-situ or relocate to other locations as identified. .3 Perform electrical upgrades to support the transformer replacement work. .4 Perform structural modifications to support transformer replacement work. .5 Coordinate afterhours shutdowns and temporary power requirements to perform the work and minimize facility disruptions during construction. .6 All other items identified in the Contract documents Bid values are undisclosed.
