The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Crack Sealing: The work for which bids are asked includes the crack sealing process consisting of 3/4-inch deep crack routing, air lance and combination reservoir fill with 3-inch overband with hot rubber modified asphalt of approximately 10.3 miles of Town roads. Asphaltic Seal Coat: Single Chip Seal of approximately 2.4 miles of Town roads including Thoma Road (Fitzgerald Road to CTH N) - 1 mi, Brasch Road (West Dead end to CTH N) - 0.4 mi, Allen Road (Otto Road to Collier Road) - 1 mi. The Town reserves the right to award any combination of the projects to fit their budget. Award is expected to be made at the July 18, 2022 board meeting. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. BIDDER is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within the 72 hours of bid opening to MSA Professional Services, Inc., Attn: Daniel Rammer, 1500 N. Casaloma Drive, Suite 100, Appleton, WI 54913. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
