Roof Repairs at the Greenmont Elementary School The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tolls, and supervision necessary for the GREENMONT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ROOF REPAIRS in the DRACUT Public Schools as per the specifications. All work hall be performed using prevailing wages.The Contractor shall protect all outside area from any damage. Damage to any building or area caused by the Contractor shall be repaired or replaced at the Contractor's expense. No refuse or debris shall be left on the site. All materials shall be new and of satisfactory quality. All workmanship shall conform to the best practice in the trade and be performed by skilled and (properly) licensed labor in the field and comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations. The Owner will reject any unsatisfactory services. All old and excess material and debris from the work shall be removed by the Contractor. The premises shall be left clean at all times. The GREENMONT ELEMENTARY School is located at 37 Greenmont Ave. Dracut, MA. Single Ply Roof Repairs work includes: Roof Bid Specifications: 1Flat roof on main building, approximately 2600 square feet Surface preparation: Remove and dispose of existing EPDM membrane, insulation board, tar/gravel roofing, chalking, dust, dirt and debris. 2 Install 1" ISO insulation board throughout, fastened with coated screws and galvanized stress plates. 3 Install fully adhered TPO membrane (.060" thick) throughout roof area. 4 Include all suggested manufacturer accessories. 5 All seams to be fully welded. 6 Install flashings at all penetrations. 7 Install mill finish aluminum drip edge at all perimeter edges (.032"). 8 Construct a chute for all trash to slide down and lead into a dumpster below so shingles do not get damaged. 9 School will be closed and contractor will have access to all sides of the building. 10 Bid includes crane service. 11 Install bilco hatch.
