Treasure County Hysham, Montana Treasure County will accept sealed bids for a heating, ventilation, air conditioning and cooling project witlin the Treasure County Courthouse as well as the Public Health/ Ambulance/ Road Department building. If interested Contractors should Contact the County Clerk & Recorder at 406.342.5547 EXT. 3 for information or to schedule a time to evaluate the complexity of the project. The Contractor performing the construction of the HVAC work shall pay wages at rates as required by the higher of either Davis Bacon Wage Act or the Montana Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by each lob Classification. The contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
