Oral questions will only be accepted at the Pre-Bid conference. Written comments may be submitted to Crystal Eldridge of Great West Engineering by mail at 6780 Trade Center Avenue, Billings, MT 59101 or email at celdridge@greatwesteng.com. The project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing catalytic activated carbon (CAC) filter known as "Filter #1", SCADA upgrades, and replacement of existing valving within the water treatment plant (WTP). Award is subject to final approval.
