Grading and adding gravel material to the existing 2.7 mile long Clark Access Road into the Marias River WMA. All bids over $25,000.00 must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract. As time is of the essence in performance, coordination, and completion of the Work contemplated under this Contract, the Work to be performed shall commence on a date set forth by the Owner in a written "Notice To Proceed" and shall be completed within: SIXTY (60) CONSECUTIVE CALENDAR DAYS The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities.
