The City of Florissant is soliciting proposals to replace the City's current cloud based Mitel phone system with a Unified Communications as a Service system (hereafter referred to as a UCaaS telephone system) for a 3 year term, paid for on a monthly basis. The City is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the supply, installation, configuration, and training of a high quality, integrated UCaaS which serves the needs of the City. Your proposal to the city should include: Include all necessary phones, equipment, cables, etc Include the complete end-to-end hosting of the phone system including all carrier costs and fees Include 24/7 tech support and programming Offer reliable mainstream products with strong manufacturer commitment and vendor support Be easy to use and maintain Meet industry standards Be cost effective Have a proven & documented up-time of 99.9% or higher Have documented and proven redundancies in place to prevent outages Not be a Mitel system or Mitel equipment.
