This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a security upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work") CPPD requires the services of an Electrical Contractor for Security Upgrade Project for two (2) sites in Winnipeg at 641 & 645 Spence Street and 757 Furby Street. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply, installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom systems and exterior/site lighting. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal Question Acceptance Deadline 2022/06/30 05:00:00 PM EDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
