No definite date for the rebid.** This Contract provides for the installation of cold weather advisory signs on the South Skagit Highway between milepost 6.44 and 6.97, and on Alger Cain Lake Road between milepost 0.25 and 0.46. Work will include but is not limited to: installation of color changing ice warning reflectors; installation of blue reflector notification signs; traffic control; erosion control; and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the 2022 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. The time limit for physical completion of work is a total of 2 WORKING DAYS. The Engineer's Esti- mate Range is $27,588.00 to $31,363.20. The Disadvantage Busi- ness Enterprise (DBE) mandatory goal is Zero (0%) for this project. Certification is not required, but the contractor agrees to take all necessary and responsible steps in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26 to ensure that DBE have an opportunity to participate in the performance of this project. Contractor and all subcontractors shall have a contractor's license to work in the State of Washington.
