The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labour, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to perform as-needed and scheduled storm water and sanitary conveyance system CIPP lining and rehabilitation for SD1's Storm Water and Sanitary Collection System. The Work is located in various cities within the Owners service area in Boone, Kenton, and Campbell Counties, Kentucky. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to negotiate with the apparent lowest, responsive, responsible bidder to such extent as may be in the OWNERS best interest. Bidders shall provide bid security in amount to ten percent (10%) of the base bid and proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder shall furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a Surety company satisfactory to the OWNER. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding
