Prequalification of Bidders is required. All Contractors shall comply with the "Contractor Qualification Ordinance of the Village of Pleasant Prairie" requiring pre-qualification of Contractors prior to performing work on this Contract. All Contractor pre-qualifications must be complete and submitted 5 days prior to bid opening date/time. Approved pre-qualifications will be posted prior to bid opening. All Subcontractors utilized for this Contract must be identified in the bid documents under "LIST OF SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS" and all Sub-contractors must be pre-qualified prior to award of this Contract.
