**As of August 18, 2022, this project has been awarded to Morrissey Construction in the amount of $5,117,000.00 Qualified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. Construct a new fire department substation of approximately 8,400 square feet for the Edwardsville Fire Department, including apparatus bays, living quarters, and support areas. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidder's question deadline is 10:00 a.m., CDT, Monday, July 11, 2022.
