The Holiday Shores Fire Protection District (HSFPD) desires open bids for a 20KW generator (approximately) as a new installation into the building. HSFPD would ask for the proposals to be submitted that fully encompasses the following requirements and deadlines: Scope of Work & Costs for 20kw Generator Billing & Payment Terms Warranty Options (Base, Comprehensive, & Extended) Contractors/subcontractors Listed Established Working Hours Labor Rates List All Inclusions List All Exclusions on-site Inspection Prior to Bid Submital Scope off Work/Costs Criteria to be Performed as General Guidelines; 1. Furnish and install one (1) 20KW Air Cooled Generator with On-Cue monitoring system {or equivalent) on a concrete pad. Generator to be located on the West side of the building towards the rear corner of the building. Generator to back up whole service, 2. Furnish and install 200-amp service entrance rated automatic transfer switch. Install 2 1/2" PVC conduit for generator wiring. Install 1" PVC conduit for low-voltage wiring. 3. Allowance included for running natural gas from existing location to where generator will be located. 4. Rework existing panel to cover dedicated breakers/circuits. 5. High pressure gas upgrade to be considered at meter (confirmation upon on-site inspection).
