Custom BT Item #1 Bid Southport Engineered Systems $82,200.00 Item #2 Bid Southport Engineered Systems $8,920.00 The City of Lake Geneva is soliciting sealed proposals for replacement of the Chiller System at City Hall located at 626 Geneva St, Lake Geneva WI, 53147. The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail or cartage therefor hand delivery is recommended. A City of Lake Geneva Pre-Qualification Packet must be on file with the City Clerk's Office prior to award of project, pre-qual packs are available at the Office of the City Clerk or on the City's web page. A Bid Bond or Certified Check of not less than 5% of the total proposal (Items 1 and 2) shall accompany the proposal. Proposers shall not contact any City Official or Elected representative other than the contact person or persons named in the Request for Proposals. Contact or discussion with any other City Official or elected representative shall be grounds for disqualification. Successful Proposer shall properly hold the City of Lake Geneva harmless from all damages occurring in any way by proposer's acts or negligence, or that of his employees, agents or workers.
