Proposals shall be exclusive of sales tax, the City will furnish a tax exempt certificate to the successful proposer. Proposals shall be plainly marked with City of Lake Geneva 4 Seasons Nature Preserve Shelter Improvements, project 2022-02, name of proposer and date due. No unsealed, faxed, emailed, electronic, late, unmarked or postage due proposals shall be accepted. The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail or cartage therefor hand delivery is recommended. This project requires a 5% Bid Bond.
