East Fork Irrigation District Is Requesting Bids From Qualified Firms and Individuals to Provide Materials, Transportation, Equipment, Labor, and Other Means to Complete the Whiskey Creek -north Project in Accordance With the Contract Documents. The Project Consists of Approximately 6,000 Lf of Hdpe Pipe, 5 Pressure Reducing Stations, Irrigation Turnouts, and Other Work. Construction Is to Start on October 1, 2022 and Is to Be Complete by March 15, 2023. The Contract Is Subject to the Davis-bacon Act (4ousc276a) and the Applicable Provisions of Ors 279c.800 Through Ors 279c.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The Project Is Being Funded by the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board, Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and East Fork Irrigation District. The Issuing Office Is Watershed Professionals Network, 701 June Street, Hood River, or 97031.
