Renovation of an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 249-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Project consists of, but is not limited to, demolition of existing ceilings, partitions, doors/frames, wall tile, specialties/accessories, plumbing, ventilation and electrical as shown on drawings. New work includes partitions, new doors and frames, plumbing fixtures, specialties/accessories, ventilation, electrical, etc. as per drawings and specifications. Documents are available at https://unb.bonfirehub.ca The project shall be complete by September 30, 2022. Site is available for construction purposes starting June 30, 2022. Contractors to be aware that this building is part of a functional campus and work will have to be scheduled to accommodate the university.
