Renovation of a residential development in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of existing penthouse exterior wall panels c/w all associated fittings, fasteners, and trims. .2 Removal of existing joint sealants and installation of new sealants. .3 Existing roof edge flashings are to be partially removed. Cut existing flashings to facilitate weatherproof installation of a temprary flashing constructed to suit profile of new cladding and installed to be readily removable (for ease of future roof replacement). Colour to match existing. .4 Modifications to existing Mechanical and Electrical equipment are required to accommodate exterior wall panel removal and installation of new cladding material and z-girts. .5 Provision of additional support structure z-girts. .6 Provision of new cladding. Colour to match existing. .7 Remove and reinstall safety railings as necessary to facilitate installation of cladding. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
