This Invitation to Tender consists snow removal services on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure at the New Brunswick Museum located at 277 Douglas Avenue in Saint John, N.B. for a period of One(1)years from September 01, 2022 until August 31, 2023 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increment upon written agreement by both parties. Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. Contract will be award to the lowest compliant bid which meet the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for Items 1 of the tender documents. Prior to Contract award, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid. A bid bond executed in favor of Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of New Brunswick as Represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure or a certified cheque or bank draft payable to the Minister of Finance in the amount of (TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00)) shall accompany the tender. Please submit with your tender, a scanned copy of the Bid Bond, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, or Money Order as all tender submissions must be received electronically.
