Site work for a water / sewer project in Orillia, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Collins Drive public water access location includes two boat launches and a seasonal dock for the public. It has been determined the boat launch needs rehabilitation. The city is seeking to engage a qualified builder for the design, procurement, and installation of anew 42 ft x 14ft launching ramp (west side) and 56 ft x 14 ft launch ramp (east side) complete with two 18ft x 12 ft entrance aprons to replace the existing ramps. This work also includes dredging and disposal of material. Additionally, this work includes replacement of the decking on the dock (approximately 75 m2) and the replacement of any of the docks deteriorating, existing anchors and chains. Proponents are required to be experienced with and abide by Provincial and Federal legislation impacting the works associated with this call for bid.
