Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Orillia, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Orillia Development Services and Engineering Department is seeking tenders for the Construction of the Inch Farm Arterial Road and Industrial Employment Lands. The work consists of the following: - Installation of sediment & erosion controls. - Topsoil stripping, screening, and stockpiling. - Placement of approximately 25,000 m3 of imported fill. - Implementation of dewatering controls. - Construction of a pre-fabricated sewage pump station; -Installation of approximately 1,100 m of 300 mm watermain, services, hydrants and appurtenances. - Installation of approximately 1,000 m of various sizes of sewer, services and appurtenances. - Installation of approximately 300 m of 200 mm sewage forcemain. - Installation of approximately 700 m of various sizes of storm sewer and appurtenances. - Construction of a 12.1 m span open bottom pre-cast concrete box culvert and foundations. - Construction of approximately 750m of arterial roadway to semi-urban cross section. - Installation of streetlighting and joint-use utility trench.
