The City of Rock Hill, SC is requesting qualifications from interested and qualified architectural firms and their teams (hereto referred to as Architect or Firms) to submit a proposal for consideration to provide consulting services for all architectural phases of work regarding the following areas: facilities, grounds maintenance, parks, and recreation buildings within the City limits of Rock Hill, SC. The City will give prime consideration to the Architect with significant, current experience in the development, design, renovation, and construction, of similar buildings and projects. The City reserves the right to negotiate with one or more parties and is not obligated to enter into any contract with any Respondent on any terms or conditions. The professional services can include, but not be limited to the design of the following: architectural plans, structural plans, mechanical plans, electrical plans, HVAC plans, plumbing plans, site plans, and landscape design or any combination of these. Potential qualified Firms must demonstrate their corporate and individual staff experience in designing the proposed types of facilities within this area and in an urban environment. The Firm should be well-versed in the permitting requirements of both the City of Rock Hill and South Carolina.
