The Housing Authority of the City Columbia, SC (Columbia Housing or CH) is seeking a pricing and qualifications from interested contractors to renovate a portion of the Lower Richland Community Center at 117 Henry Street, Eastover, South Carolina, 29044. The selection process under this Request for Proposal will result in the award of a contract to a general contractor to complete the renovations of the Lower Richland Community Center. As with many urban Public Housing Authorities, Columbia Housing has encountered the difficulties of managing an aging housing stock with diminishing federal funding.
