All bids shall remain in force for up to thirty days after the date of bid opening and may be accepted or rejected by the Board at any time prior to the expiration of this period. All bidders may submit bid on any item(s) in Exhibit A. The equipment to be purchased includes Combi Oven - Gas. Please see Exhibit A for the list of items to be bid. Ozark City Board of Education is exempt from sales tax. All bidders shall base their proposals on the exact schedule of materials, services, and/or equipment specified herein. Any reference to manufacturers, suppliers, brands, catalog numbers, etc., is intended to set quality standards and does not exclude bids from others as long as quality standards are met. Bidder should provide a listing of at least three references (commercial preferred) with which they currently provide commercial kitchen equipment. Board reserves the right to accept any or all items on any bidder's proposal at the unit price submitted. Board reserves the right to accept individual bids or cumulative bids for all items. Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if the best interest of the Board will thereby be promoted. In addition to cost, Board will consider availability of equipment and timing of installation as a factor for bid award. Prospective bidder should be licensed, and insured (minimum general liability $100,000) and shall provide evidence of such with their bid proposal. Bidder is responsible for running the gas line. Bidder will need to install line to equipment. Installer to have pipe fitters license. Bidder is responsible to install and ensure equipment is operating properly. Bidder will give estimated delivery time. Board understands this is an estimate.
