“The owner has selected a Design Builder. With the ongoing drought in the southwest region of the United States and Colorado River situation, the City of Peoria is anticipating significant reductions to the Central Arizona Project (CAP) water supplies in the near future. Peoria's water system, particularly north of Bell Road, is heavily dependent on receiving water from the CAP and any reductions could have significant impact on development in north Peoria. Peoria Water Services is actively working to establish water system redundancy for existing and future development utilizing groundwater wells in the event water is not available from the CAP system. Questions Due Date: Aug 16th 2022, 12:00 PM MST The committee is deciding whether to have the interviews in person or virtually.
