Thorp Housing Authority (THA) is requesting bids for lawn care at Morgan Plaza and occasional vacant homes throughout the city of Thorp. Lawns should be mowed as necessary to keep a neat and well maintained appearance. Clippings must be removed from the property and disposed of properly. Grass cannot be left on walkways, parking lots, or siding. Lawn care also includes trimming, edging, spring and fall cleanup/leaf removal. Bids should be per mow to include trimming and clipping removal. Edging and spring and fall clean up may be bid as separate items but must be included. This contract will be for a threeyear term. Contractor must provide proof of insurance. THA will not be responsible for any damage caused by the contractor or their equipment.
