Site work and paving for a road / highway in Thorp, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Thorp Housing Authority will be replacing paved driveways at four of our single-family homes located at 431, 405, 309 East Main Street and 100 North Clark Street in Thorp. The project will consist of removal of existing paving, re-grading and installation of new bituminous paving. Contractor must follow Davis Bacon prevailing wage, Section 3 guidelines as provided by HUD and provide proof of insurance. Certified payrolls will also need to be provided. Bids must be broken down by property in the event the bids are over our budget.
