Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) is requesting proposals for the following project: Parking Lot Repair/Resurface 719 East Howard Street Centralia, IL MCHA is seeking Quotes for the repair/resurfacing of the parking lot at the office in Centralia, IL. The current parking lot has several uneven surfaces/trip hazards. Finished parking lot should have a fresh surface that will allow the water to run off appropriately and be free of any trip hazards. Locations where the parking lot will need repair/resurfaced will be on the North side of the Centralia Office at 719 East Howard and to the South side of the office in front of shop door. The lot to the North of the office across street is the other lot that will need resurfaced. (Lot may be viewed during business hours or by appointment ) Photos are attached for reference. If any unknown issues arise during the performance of work, and issues need to be addressed in order for work to be completed in a satisfactory manner, please notify MCHA immediately to address the issue. The contractor shall be responsible for all repairs to damage of building(s), drives, fences, landscaping, etc. caused by their employees or vendors during the work process. All repairs shall be made to owner's satisfaction at contractor's expense. Plan to schedule the work to be done in the late summer to early fall. MCHA is seeking to procure a contractor to remove trees at the identified locations. MCHA encourages all MWBE & Section 3 contractors to apply.
