Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes the reconstruction of 10,000 LF of roadway including portions of S. 28th Street, N. 4th Ave, N 4th Dr, N. 5th Dr., N. 6th Dr., N. 8th Ave., West Cooley, N. 24th Dr., and N. 25th Dr as well as concrete curb/sidewalk installation along West Cooley and West Owens. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the pulverization of approximately 24,200 SY of existing asphalt roadway, recycle and mixing existing asphalt millings into existing base, subgrade preparation and compaction, reshaping the roadway grade, installing new asphalt pavement overlay, re-establish roadway shoulder, adjusting water valves and manholes, Installing concrete curb and gutter with 5' sidewalk, drainage improvements required for the work, and other items necessary for the accomplishment of the improvements. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place within the right-of-way along portions of S. 28th Street, N. 4th Ave, N 4th Dr, N. 5th Dr., N. 6th Dr., N. 8th Ave., West Cooley, N. 24th Dr., and N. 25th Dr as well as concrete curb/sidewalk installation along West Cooley and West Owens in Show Low. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.
