Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the West McNeil Roadway Improvements, City of Show Low Project No. R-2922. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to removing the deteriorating sidewalk curb and drainage facilities and installing approximately 3,100 linear feet of new curb, 2,200 square feet of new sidewalk, ADA ramps, driveways, and new drainage infrastructure to facilitate the new sidewalk and curb improvements. The work also includes pulverizing the existing asphalt, removing excess material and installing a new 4" asphalt overlay. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work shall take place along West McNeil from Fox Canyon to the Deuce of Clubs in Show Low Arizona.
