Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to constructing an 850 foot 2-lane roadway extension with a 3" asphalt over 8" aggregate base section, 1600 LF of new curb, 5000 square feet of new sidewalk, ADA ramps, driveways, and new drainage infrastructure to facilitate the new roadway extension improvement. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work shall take place along East Owens from South Central Avenue to 2nd Street in Show Low Arizona. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. Questions will be accepted until Thursday January 12th 2023 at 12:00 PM.
