Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the East Huning Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements, (CDBG 102-22), City of Show Low Project No. R-4022. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to removing the deteriorating sidewalk curb and drainage facilities and installing approximately 1,100 linear feet of new curb, 7,200 square feet of new sidewalk, ADA ramps, driveways, conduit sleeves, concrete pavers, and new drainage infrastructure to facilitate the new sidewalk improvements. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work shall take place along East Huning from 11th Street to White Mountain Road in Show Low Arizona. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. This Project will be federally funded by the Arizona Department of Housing.
