The drafting of plans, specifications, and complete working drawings for a fire station and ancillary improvements and other related on-site, underground, and off-site and landscaping improvements associated therewith for what will become Eagle Fire Protection District's Fire Station No. 2 upon a 4.51 acre parcel designated as Ada County Assessors Parcel No. S0503121172 (the Project) Required and verification that responder has a valid license to practice architecture or as a professional engineer in the state of Idaho; and Required and verification of Responder's professional liability insurance in a minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 for the Project; and Responder's Background and experience: Location of Responder's offices which will perform the services requested; and The number of years in the practice. Identify the licensed architects and/or engineer who will design the Project; and Identification of at least five (5) prior completed public works construction projects designs for government subdivisions of the state of Idaho; and Identification of prior public works construction design projects; and Verification of prior experience in and completion of the design of similar Projects; and Identification and contact information for at least two (2) similar Project client references; and Process and willingness to comply with owner requests for changes or modification of design documents; and The Project's impact on current workload upon completion of additional workload which is the subject of this request; and Responder's Technical Resources: Total number of technical staff and administrative staff; and Quality and experience of key personnel; and Project design capability; and Available equipment and software. Responder's Management Capabilities: Number and experience of management staff; and Practices for maintaining relations with clients; Time Management practice; and Time overruns in previous projects. Cost overruns in previous projects Responder's approach and process that will be followed for providing professional services to complete the Project Design. The Board of Commissioners established qualifications criteria and the procedures to be used for measurable scoring, ranking, and selection of qualified persons or firms to perform the architectural/engineering services for the Project are available to prospective Responders and the public by request at the Eagle Fire Administration 1119 E. Reservation of right to not proceed to contract: The Fire District reserves in its discretion to not proceed to enter into a contract for architectural and engineering services herein requested All Qualification Responses received will be opened 13th day of July, 2022 at the hour of 4:00 p.m. in the commissioner meeting room in Eagle Fire Station No. 1 at 966 Iron Eagle Drive, Eagle, Idaho 83616 by the Fire District Chief, together with the Fire District Secretary, who shall keep a record of the opening of the Qualifications Responses, and no person will be denied the right to be present for the opening of the Responses. All Qualifications Responses will be evaluated in accordance with the Board of Commissioners established qualifications criteria and the procedures. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
