Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Springdale, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Bid includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services to implement channel grading and installation of stabilization structures along approximately 3,000 linear feet of the Blacks Canyon Wash; installation of rock rip-rap erosion protection and concrete block retaining walls along the wash; and installation of a 60' pedestrian bridge (furnished by the Town of Springdale) across the wash, including construction of concrete abutments, access ramps and steps, and erosion protection. All Bidders who submit a bid are required to obtain a set of the Contract Documents. A 100% performance, labor and materials bond will be required on this project. Every Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, naming the Town of Springdale as Owner. Bonds must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to the Town of Springdale. The Town of Springdale reserves the right to reject any, or all bids, or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid, in the interest of the Owner.
