Site work and paving for a road / highway in Springdale, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project consists of the reconstruction of Balanced Rock Road and Hummingbird Lane. The project will consist of removing and replacing approximately 22,000 SF of roadway and installing curb and gutter down both sides of each road. Project also includes installation of storm drain lines and structures, a 6" waterline and a retaining wall. Balanced Rock Road- The projectincludes a roadway reconstruction of approximately 11,500 square feet with curb and gutter, a new 6" waterline (approximately 350 linear feet), and improvements to the existing storm drain system at the intersection of Balanced Rock Road and SR-9. The project will also include a retaining wall. Hummingbird Lane- The project includes a roadway reconstruction of approximately 13,000 square feet with curb and gutter on both sides of the road and improvements to the existing storm drain system.
