As of July 28, 2022, the project was awarded to Geneva Construction for $1,011,747.92. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Council Chambers, on the same date. The room is located on the second floor of City Hall at 3S258 Manning Avenue, Warrenville, IL 60555.Approximately 10,000 square yards of asphalt resurfacing; 5,000 square yards of asphalt pavement patching; sidewalk replacement; curb and gutter replacement; and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project. All bids shall be made on the forms provided and will be made part of the contract documents to be executed with the Owner. The Owner expressly reserves the right to waive any informalities or technical irregularities in a bid if to do so is in the best interest of the Owner. The City Council will determine the successful bidder.
