Renovation of a mixed-use development in Northern Cambria, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all necessary and required labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and the complete performance of all work specified in the Contracts noted below, are hereby solicited by the Northern Cambria School District for the following project: NORTHERN CAMBRIA SCHOOL DISTRICT RTU REPLACEMENTS at Elementary-Middle School: 601 Joseph Street, Northern Cambria, PA 15714 Proposals shall be submitted for the following Prime Contracts: Number Name of Contract 402 HVAC Construction. Deposit may be refunded only upon receipt of a bona fide bid and the return of unmarked drawings and specifications to Accu-copy Reprographics in good condition within ten (10) days of award of Contract. Additional sets may be obtained upon payment of the costs of reproduction and handling, minimum charge Fifty dollars ($50.00) for each additional set. A separate nonrefundable check in the minimum estimated amount of $50.00 is required for each set to cover shipping and handling charges if mailing is requested. A certified check, bid bond or a combination of both totaling an amount equal to of the total amount of the Base Bid PLUS any Add Alternates and made payable to the Northern Cambria School District, must accompany each bid. The right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informalities in the same, is reserved by the Northern Cambria School District. Owner anticipates awarding Contracts within Thirty (30) days of the bid opening. No bona fide proposals shall be altered or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening. All proposals shall be clearly marked with contractor name and Prime Contract number and name. A visit to the sites will follow the meeting. Written questions will be accepted through Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at the office of Axis Architecture P.C., 2328 Pitcairn Rd. Monroeville, PA 15146. Items which require clarification will be addressed by Addendum prior to the Bid date.
