This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Consultant Services - Sanitary Sewer Model Update and Calibration, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City is seeking qualified professional engineering services to undertake an update of the current sanitary sewer model to reflect growth since the model was originally developed and to incorporate growth projections to 2051, along with accommodating the intensification expected within the downtown core areas and the Stage 2 ION corridor. The project will include model calibration and flow monitoring as required. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFQ Contact" will be: Andrea Geoffrey Procurement Coordindator geoffreya@cambridge.ca Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the City, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent's quotation. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
