1. The consultant is to review the existing documents and GIS information available from the Oldman River Regional Services Commission (ORRSC) our GIS data consultant. 2. Project initiation meeting with the City representatives to verify project scope, timelines, and budget. All project meetings will be held at the City of Brooks offices unless otherwise specified. 3. Analyze the existing Raw Water supply for both quantity and quality to meet the 25-year growth horizon demand and necessary regulatory requirements. 4. Identify constraints within the current system including source, pump and intake requirements and the required improvements or alternate solutions and provide a recommendation on the feasibility of each. 5. Provide a conceptual design for treatment that ensures the irrigation water quality is of sufficient quality to meet regulatory stormwater reuse standards. 6. Provide direction to the City on the correct steps including cost estimates to move forward with irrigation system. 7. Provide the City with all digital data collected in the course of the project.
