Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Alert Bay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 676-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

For the construction of a new washroom and shower building for the community campground. Alert Bay is located on Cormorant Island off the east coast of Vancouver Island near the town of Port McNeill. The Island is accessible by ferry from Port McNeill. The Village owns the campground. The Village has expanded the campground and is now expanding their washroom and shower capacity by constructing this new facility. The new washroom and shower building includes separate Men's and Women's bathrooms with each bathroom area containing two shower stalls, two bathroom stalls and two sinks. Both rooms will be serviced by a common mechanical room. The building will generally consist of a cast-in-place foundation and slab, reinforced cinderblock walls, wood truss roof structure and asphalt shingle roofing.
