Request for Prequalification For: 2022-075 The Corporation of the County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from Ontario licensed plumbing contractors with a minimum of five (5) years' experience, and interested in providing day to day plumbing installation, service and repairs to the County of Simcoe. Technicians performing Work under this Multi-Use List Arrangement must also have five (5) years light commercial and/or residential plumbing experience, as appropriate. The intent of this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is to solicit information from interested parties outlining their capabilities, qualifications and relevant experience for the provision of plumbing installation, service and repairs, to be provided on an as needed basis. The RFPQ will establish a list of pre-qualified Plumbing contractors to provide day-to-day installation, service and repairs for Plumbing services over the term of this Multi-Use List Arrangement. Qualified contractors will provide Residential / Light Commercial plumbing services to the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) residential work locations and the County of Simcoe work locations. It is the intention of the County to create a list of Pre-qualified licensed plumbers to be used on an as required basis.
