Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Pittsford, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Town of Chittenden invites qualified electrical or general contractors to bid on exterior lighting for the Chittenden Grange Hall. The work includes complete installation of 4 town-owned poles with new RAB IVELOT fixtures to match the specs on the townowned units as directed, plus replacing the 2 yard-style fixtures on the building with new IVELOT style fixtures. Work must be completed before September 1, 2022. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount. The Owner will require a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit and proof of liability insurance. The Owner reserved the right to reject any or all bids and to accept informality and irregularity in the bids.
