The Town of Chittenden invites contractors to bid on installation of a new Grease Exhaust Hood at the Chittenden Grange Hall. Work includes removal and re-install kitchen counters and range hood as necessary to install hood systems, ductwork controls and accessories, removal and reinstallation of ACT ceilings for installation of new fire rated ceiling, installation of drywall, cutting and patching of existing concrete foundation as required to install new hood exhaust duct, installation of new double wall exhaust ducting UL listed exhaust fan and concrete support base, all cutting and patching, painting, and repair of finishes affected by the new work as noted on the drawings or as specified herein, relocation of a sink including associated plumbing, and electrical work required to install new hood, fire suppression system and re-install lighting.
