Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Pittsford, Vermont. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Work to be performed includes full replacement of existing bridge 108, approach work on US Route 7, realigning of VT Route 3 and Oxbow Road, and related channel work. Location: Beginning in the Town of Pittsford on Us Route 7 Approximately 385 Ft South of the Intersection of Us Route 7/vt Route 3 and Extending Approximately 653 Ft to the North. Bid Bond: Electronic Bid Bond to Be Submitted in the Amount of 5% of the Contractor's Bid All Bidders on This Project Must Hold Both Current Annual Prequalification With the Vermont Agency of Transportation Through the Contractor's Experience Questionnaire and Financial Statement And Unconditioned Project-specific Approval Through the "Standard Form - Request for Proposal" Ca-82 Form During the advertisement period, all questions shall be addressed solely to the Office of Contract Administration via email: AOT.ConstructionContractingInquiry@vermont.gov This Contract shall be completed on or before November 14, 2025. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality, and any and all technicalities in bids, and to accept such bids as may be deemed in the best interest of the awarding agency.
