Site work for a water / sewer project in Raymondville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
PROJECT NO.: P-883-01-A, P883-01A The City of Raymondville is proposing to add approximately 8,780 LF of new PVC waterlines in the Alley Between Tampico & West San Francisco and 3rd & 5th Street, the alley between King & 1st Street, and Rocky & White Ave. and lastly, along Business US Highway 77. The improvements will include new installation/rehabilitations of existing Fire hydrants city-wide, gate valves, and all appurtenances related to a potable water distribution system. Alternative addition to base bid includes alley Between 8th & 10th Streets and Harris & Rodriguez Ave., 9th Street from Wood Ave. to Gem Ave. Approximately 1,800 LF. The Work shall be performed within 270 calendar days from the date established in the Notice to Proceed. Substantial Completion shall be 300 calendar days after date established in the Notice to Proceed. B. Contractor shall pay liquidated damages in the amounts stated in Document 00500 - Agreement for failure to complete the Work within the Contract Time.
