Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raymondville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2269 Sub chapter G, this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to solicit qualifications from design build firms with capabilities to develop, design, install, and manage performance of and facility improvement program for Raymondville Independent School District. Preliminary project scope of work 1. Facility Expansion 2. Electrical Upgrades 3. HVAC Additions 4. Lighting Additions 5. Other Facility Improvement Measures The owner reserves the right to pay for the development separately. At the conclusion of Project Development, Respondent will provide Owner with a Guaranteed Lump Sum Price for the agreed upon scope of work.
