Project consists of cured-inplace pipe (CIPP) lining of the sanitary sewer interceptor, with pipe sizes ranging from 18" to 30", sanitary sewer cleaning, video inspection, bypass pumping, and related appurtenances. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract (all trades). Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner. Sealed bids should be labeled "SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE (CIPP) LINING" on the outside of the envelope. Deposits will be totally refunded to prime general contractors submitting a bid upon return of the specifications in good condition within twenty (20) calendar days after the opening of the bids. Additional non-refundable shipping charges of $5.00 will apply. Bidders shall begin the Work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidder prequalification is not required. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
