As of August 4,2022, This project has been awarded to Pye Barker Fire & Safety, with the awarded amount of $97,000 For Northwest Dormitory Fire Alarm Trinity Valley Community College Proposal Security in the amount of 5% of proposal must accompany each proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers. The successful proposer shall provide a Performance and Payment Bond. All Contractors shall comply with prevailing wage rates in accordance with the civil statutes of the State of Texas. By submitting a proposal, each proposer agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, the Engineer, and their respective employees arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any proposal; waiver of any requirements under the Proposal Documents, or the Contract Documents, acceptance or rejection of any proposal; and award of the Contract. The Contract will be awarded to the best qualified responsible proposer which will provide the College with the best value in performance, service, and end results. The Owner reserves the right to accept any of the proposals submitted or to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities in the proposals. The Contractor shall be in the prime business as fire alarm contractor and shall have been in business seven continuous years under the company submitting a proposal on this project. All Proposers shall visit the job site before submitting proposal. The successful proposer shall be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond. The Proposal Security will not be returned until these bonds are provided.
