Electrical $2,540,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) invites qualified Trade Contractor (TC) to firms submit a Statement Of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Revitalization of 116 Norfolk St Apartments. This project will be performed under Chapter 149A Construction Manager at Risk. This project includes a gut renovation of the 38-unit existing 1907 convent and construction of an attached new building. Together, the overall square footage of the completed project will be 49,000 square feet, of which approximately 22,000 sf will be a new addition.
