FAIRFIELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS 210 East Main Street Lancaster, OH 43130 FOR PARKING LOT REPAIR PROJECT Pursuant to ORC 153.12 The Fairfield County Commissioners are requesting bids for a PARKING LOT REPAIR PROJECT for various County building locations in Fairfield County, Ohio. The parking lot repairs will include crack sealing, asphalt emulsion seal coating, asphalt resurfacing overlays, and paint striping. Bids shall comply with the standards set forth in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) and construction plans posted for download on the Fairfield County website. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, accompanied by the bid bond described in the ITB, and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope BID for PARKING LOT REPAIRS. The Facilities Manager, County Administrator, and County Commissioners will evaluate all bids submitted to determine the lowest and best bid. The Fairfield County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids in response to this Invitation to Bid (ITB), and to waive any irregularities, nonconformities, or noncompliance with the terms of this ITB.
